Richard Langdon has guided the development and success of StaffMasters since its inception in 1982. As a key company executive, Richard is responsible for managing and directing the firm. He has overseen the company’s growth from a single office to a multi-office organization. Along the way, he learned about staffing from industry legends whose vision helped frame the valuable purpose we serve today.
Mr. Langdon served in the United States Navy and is dedicated to helping veterans as they seek transition into civilian careers.
He holds certifications from staffing industry associations including Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
Mr. Langdon is a Past President of the North Carolina Association of Personnel Consultants.
Margo DeWitt President, Rolan, Inc. d/b/a StaffMasters
Executive Director, StaffMasters
Margo DeWitt’s 35-year career in the staffing and professional placement business began alongside Richard Langdon when they created their first staffing company (which later became StaffMasters). Margo is responsible for managing all aspects of business operations including administration, planning, staff development, operations, executive recruiting and major account sales.
Margo holds multiple certifications including:

- Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist – NAPS
- Certified Staffing Professional – ASA
- Certified Search Consultant – ASA

Margo attended the University of North Carolina – Charlotte where she majored in Criminal Justice.
Vance Tiller Director of Sales and Client Development
Vance Tiller joined StaffMasters in 2008 and leads the sales and marketing initiatives for the company. Under Vance’s direction, the company has achieved record milestones in sales and profit. Vance is responsible for building profitable revenue, developing the sales team and developing customer relationships through interactive consulting and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining StaffMasters, Vance held leadership roles with international and regional staffing firms, led the merger and acquisition team for a large software company, was managing director of a diverse business entity, and owned his own business.
Vance graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate. He holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license in North Carolina. Vance is also a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and Certified Search Consultant (CSC) under the American Staffing Association.
Patti Misenheimer Regional Manager
Patti Misenheimer’s staffing career spans over 20 years and includes many strong, long-term client partnerships. This level of dedication and commitment has helped Patti’s team to achieve great things under her leadership. She oversees operations and sales for seven branch locations. Her region also boasts several on-site partnerships where high-volume staffing and contingent workforce management is required.
Patti is known for her contagious positive outlook and optimistic “get it done” approach to business. She is a nurturing leader valued by not only her team, but by StaffMasters.
Before joining the StaffMasters team, Patti held positions within the staffing industry, was an admissions manager for a local college, and closed real estate sales. She is Past President of the Rowan County Human Resource Association and Past President of the Cabarrus County Board of Realtors.
April Diehl Regional Manager
April joined StaffMasters in 2010. In her role as Regional Manager, she has positively impacted sales growth and market expansion. Ms. Diehl leads seven branches and multiple on-site locations. Under April’s leadership, her teams have consistently delivered outstanding results through service, sales and operational excellence. She is a key leader for StaffMasters’ on-site implementation team and is instrumental in designing and delivering customized solutions for clients.
April holds many certifications including Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS), OSHA, Risk Management, Employment Law and Forklift Trainer. She has also garnered numerous performance awards throughout her career.
April’s staffing career spans an impressive 19 years. She started out in 1995 as a recruiter in Charlotte, North Carolina, and also held key roles with regional and international staffing companies.
Laura Moody Regional Manager
Through her 25-year career in staffing, Laura Moody has served in many leadership roles including medical staffing, training management, branch management and corporate recruiting. Laura’s region includes three branches in Upstate South Carolina and large on-site clients in the area.
Since joining StaffMasters in 2010, Laura has led the development of her region and has seen her team achieve outstanding results. Laura is known for her unwavering passion and dedication to service. She is optimistic and always up for a challenge.
Laura holds certifications from the American Staffing Association including Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS). She is a graduate of Tennessee Technical University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
Debbie Hudspeth Director of Training
Debbie Hudspeth has over 19 years of staffing experience. She began her career in the staffing industry as a staffing specialist working a desk, interviewing candidates and making that “perfect match” for clients and employees. Training new internal staff in the staffing industry quickly became Debbie’s passion and her career path.
Today, Debbie conducts training programs for StaffMasters, providing employees with the knowledge and skills required to achieve desired levels of performance. Her strong working knowledge of staffing front-office operations, combined with expertise in training concepts, practices and procedures, has helped Debbie create world-class operational processes and training programs. To track the success of her training efforts, Debbie oversees the branch review and audit processes to ensure proper processes and procedures are implemented consistently.
Before starting her staffing career, Debbie was in the banking industry for 12 years. She has earned numerous awards throughout her impressive career and is a Certified Temporary Specialist (CTS).
